Nona Personality: A Stern and Calculating Arbiter

Nona is the boss of Decim, the bartender of the Quindecim bar, where people who have died are sent to be judged by playing death games.

Nona is a stern, calculating, and authoritative arbiter, who oversees the judgment of human souls and manages the other arbiters under her. She is loyal, diligent, and ambitious, but also secretive, rebellious, and manipulative.

Nona was created by Oculus, the closest being to God, who gave her the appearance of a young girl. She has been working as an arbiter for a long time, and has gained a lot of experience and knowledge about the afterlife and human nature.

Nona is not satisfied with the current system of arbiters, who are supposed to be emotionless and impartial, and follow the rules set by Oculus. She believes that arbiters should learn more about human emotions and feelings, and that the judgment of souls should be more nuanced and fair.

Nona conducts a risky experiment by allowing Decim, one of her subordinates, to develop his interest in human emotions. She also assigns him an assistant, who is actually a human girl named Chiyuki, who has lost her memories of her life and death. Nona hopes that Decim and Chiyuki will influence each other and challenge the status quo of the arbiters.

She also opposes Ginti, another arbiter who works on the 20th floor, who is more violent and cruel than Decim, and who dislikes humans and emotions.

Nona is not completely cold and heartless, however. She cares about Decim and Chiyuki, and wants them to grow and find happiness. She also has a friendly relationship with Castra, another female arbiter who works on the 0th floor, and Clavis, the elevator operator who transports the arbiters and the souls. She enjoys playing video games and drinking sake in her spare time.

Nona is a complex and intriguing character, who plays a vital role in the story of Death Parade. She challenges the established order of the afterlife, and questions the meaning and value of human life and death. She is a strong and independent arbiter, who follows her own vision and ideals.
