Fubuki is a major character in the anime and manga series One Punch Man. She is an esper, the younger sister of Tatsumaki, and the leader of the Blizzard Group, a B-Class hero faction. She is also known by her hero alias Blizzard of Hell, and is ranked number one in B-Class. She is a tall, pretty woman, with shoulder length black hair and bright green eyes. She wears elegant, expensive clothing, such as a long white fur coat, a dark green form-fitting dress, and several pearl necklaces.
Fubuki's Personality
Fubuki is a cold-hearted, ambitious, confident, and proud individual who does not doubt her own abilities but understands her limits to an extent, causing her to not do anything irrational. She would do anything at all costs to secure her position as the top-ranked hero in B-Class, such as inviting possible threats like Saitama to join the Blizzard Group. If refused, she would attempt to ruthlessly take them down, becoming a prominent source of the “newbie crushing” that is commonly practiced by aspiring professional heroes.
Fubuki’s personality stems from her childhood, where she was overshadowed by her older sister Tatsumaki, who was born with immense psychic power and talent. Fubuki felt inferior and helpless compared to her sister, and developed a complex of being second best. She also resented her sister for being distant and cold towards her, and for not protecting her from bullies
Fubuki decided to become a hero to prove herself and to surpass her sister, but soon realized that she could not compete with the S-Class heroes, especially Tatsumaki. She then settled for being the best in B-Class, and formed the Blizzard Group, a faction of loyal subordinates who would follow her orders and support her. She also developed a habit of wearing expensive clothes and accessories, as she believed in the saying, “clothes define the man”.
Fubuki’s personality changed slightly after meeting Saitama, a bald and plain-looking hero who was ranked low in C-Class, but possessed incredible strength and power. Fubuki was intrigued by Saitama’s mysterious abilities, and tried to recruit him into her group, but he refused. She then challenged him to a fight, but was easily defeated by his overwhelming force. She was shocked and humbled by his strength, and realized that he was far beyond her league.
Fubuki developed a respect and admiration for Saitama, and became a self-declared member of his group, along with Genos and King. She also started to interact more with other heroes, such as Bang, Bomb, and Metal Bat, and learned from their experiences and skills. She began to question her own methods and goals, and wondered if there was more to being a hero than ranking and reputation. She also became more friendly and compassionate towards others, and showed concern for their well-being.
Fubuki’s personality also softened after reconciling with her sister Tatsumaki, who revealed that she had always cared for her, and that she had pushed her away to protect her from danger. Fubuki realized that her sister was not as cold and heartless as she thought, and that she had misunderstood her intentions. She also acknowledged that her sister was the strongest esper, and that she could not surpass her. She then decided to pursue her own path as a hero, and to improve herself without relying on others.

- Tatsumaki: Fubuki’s older sister and the strongest esper in the world. Fubuki has a complicated relationship with her, as she feels inferior and resentful towards her, but also loves and admires her. Fubuki often argues and fights with her sister, but also cares for her and tries to understand her. Fubuki eventually reconciles with her sister, and accepts her as she is.
- Saitama: Fubuki’s idol and friend. Fubuki is fascinated by Saitama’s strength and personality, and tries to learn from him. She respects and trusts him, and considers him as her leader. She also has a crush on him, and gets jealous when other women show interest in him.
- Genos: Fubuki’s ally and rival. Fubuki is impressed by Genos’s abilities and appearance, but also sees him as a threat to her rank. She tries to compete with him, but often fails. She also gets annoyed by his devotion to Saitama, and his indifference to her.
- King: Fubuki’s acquaintance and fellow Saitama Group member. Fubuki is initially intimidated by King’s reputation and aura, but later discovers that he is a fraud and a coward. - Blizzard Group: Fubuki’s subordinates and followers. Fubuki is the leader and founder of the Blizzard Group, a faction of B-Class heroes who support her and obey her commands.
