King is the Grizzly’s Sin of Sloth, the older brother of Elaine, the husband of Diane, and the protector of the Fairy Realm. He wields the Spirit Spear Chastiefol, which he uses in conjunction with his inherent power, Disaster.

King's Personality

King is a kind-hearted, loyal, and compassionate fairy who cares deeply for his friends and family. He is also brave, determined, and selfless, willing to risk his life for the sake of others. However, he is also plagued by guilt, insecurity, and self-doubt, stemming from his past failures and mistakes.
King was born as Fairy King Harlequin, the ruler of the Fairy King’s Forest, the border between the world of the humans and fairies. He was close with his sister Elaine, who was the guardian of the Fountain of Youth, the fairies’ greatest treasure. He was also friends with Helbram, another fairy who was curious about the human world.
King’s personality was initially naive and trusting, as he believed that humans and fairies could coexist peacefully. However, his worldview was shattered when he witnessed a group of human hunters attack and kill his fellow fairies, including Helbram, who had gone out to explore the human world. King was severely injured by one of the hunters, and lost his memory as a result.
King was rescued by a young giant girl named Diane, who brought him back to her home. King developed a close bond with Diane, and fell in love with her. He also regained his memory as the Fairy King, and decided to protect the human village that Diane lived in. However, he soon discovered that the leader of the hunters was actually Helbram, who had survived the attack, killed the hunters, and taken on the man’s appearance to take revenge on the humans. King was forced to kill Helbram to stop his rampage, and felt guilty for not being able to save his friend12.
King returned to the Fairy King’s Forest, only to find that someone had killed his sister Elaine and stolen the Fountain of Youth. He later learned that the culprit was Ban, the Fox’s Sin of Greed, and a member of the Seven Deadly Sins, a group of criminals each branded with a sin that caused their crimes. King was also accused of allowing Helbram’s massacre of the humans, and was arrested by the Holy Knights, the enforcers of the kingdom of Liones. He was branded as the Grizzly’s Sin of Sloth, and joined the Seven Deadly Sins. He harbored a deep hatred for Ban, and vowed to avenge his sister.
King’s personality changed after he joined the Seven Deadly Sins. He became more cynical, sarcastic, and lazy, often sleeping or eating during missions. He also developed a habit of lying or hiding his true feelings, especially regarding his feelings for Diane. He was still kind and caring, but he also became more prone to anger, jealousy, and violence, especially when someone threatened or insulted his friends or family.
King’s personality evolved further after he reunited with the other Sins, and met the princess Elizabeth, who sought their help to stop the corrupted Holy Knights. He learned that Ban had actually sacrificed his life to revive Elaine, and that Helbram had been manipulated by a demon. He also discovered that his sister was still alive, and that Ban loved her. He forgave Ban, and became friends with him. He also confessed his love to Diane, and married her. He became more confident, mature, and optimistic, and resolved to protect the people he loved.
King’s personality was tested during the Holy War, a conflict between the Goddess Clan and the Demon Clan, two of the four races that ruled the world. He learned that he was the reincarnation of Gloxinia, the first Fairy King, who had betrayed his clan and joined the Ten Commandments, the elite warriors of the Demon Clan. He also met his ancestor, the Fairy King Dahlia, who had fought against Gloxinia. He was conflicted by his past life, and wondered if he was worthy of being the Fairy King. He also faced many enemies, such as the Demon King, the ruler of the Demon Clan, and Mael, the strongest of the Four Archangels, the leaders of the Goddess Clan.
