He is smug and condescending towards normal humans, using fake personas to lure in vulnerable people who were cursed. He has no qualms about killing innocent people or using curses as his tools.

Suguru Getō was not always like this. He used to be a hardworking and talented student who befriended Satoru Gojo, the natural-born genius of jujutsu sorcery. He was also compassionate and empathetic towards cursed people, as he witnessed his parents being killed by a curse when he was young. He wanted to protect the weak and fight against the unfair system of jujutsu society.

However, his experiences as a jujutsu sorcerer bred a deep hatred for non-sorcerers, as he saw them as ignorant, selfish, and hypocritical beings who caused curses to exist and harm sorcerers. Suguru Getō’s personality changed drastically after he became a curse user. He lost his sense of morality and compassion, and became obsessed with his goal of evolving humanity through cursed energy. He also became more violent and sadistic, enjoying the suffering of his enemies and mocking their futile resistance. He showed no remorse or regret for his actions, even when he faced his former friend Gojo, who tried to stop him and ultimately killed him.
